UCSF 物理治疗 at Lakeshore cares for patients of all ages with movement dysfunction. We are dedicated to helping patients recover 和 meet their physical function goals.
We offer personalized evaluations, 教育, 和 therapies to aid healing, restore function 和 improve performance. 这些治疗方法, available both in person 和 via telehealth, include exercise plans, functional activities 和 neuromuscular re教育. We evaluate each patient carefully in order to design a treatment program that meets their individual needs.
We treat movement impairments related to conditions such as:

Our clinic accepts referrals for established patients of UCSF 和 UCSF affiliates. Referrals should be dated within the past two months.
If you would like to become a UCSF patient:
- Search for a UCSF primary or specialty care provider in your insurance network.
- Schedule an appointment.
- At your appointment, request a referral for physical therapy or rehabilitation. Specialists in orthopedics 和 neurology can typically provide referrals for these services.
